What is the difference between a facial peel (chemical peel) and a regular facial?

And what are the benefits of one versus the other? What is the difference between a facial peel (chemical peel) and a regular facial?
a peel removes a layer of skin. a facial just removes your money. What is the difference between a facial peel (chemical peel) and a regular facial?
A facial is quite a general term and may involve some sort of peel. See the source below for more specific information on chemical peels.
I am a beauty therapist.

A facial is just a deep cleanse, steam, exfoliation, mask and massage.

A facial peel is using certain products either derived by plant extracts or chemical based which does a deeper form of exfoliation where you are taking off the first-second layer of skin.

Where as the general facial is nice the peels are used for people that are concerened with pigmentation or fine lines and wrikles or acne scarring.

Hope this helps
