no it wont the only way to remove a mole permanently is to have it cut off. root and all and i would see a dermatologist if you ever choose to have one removed
my friend just saw her normal doc and he butchered it she has about an inch long scar now because he didn't remove it properly
as for the chemical peel don't worry it wont do a thing to your moles!
