you are doing it correctly, its more of a scrub than a mask. it you want more of a mask (meaning thicker that you leave on for 5 minutes) mix together one egg yolk, 1 tsp honey, 1/8 cup of fresh lemon juice. leave on yur face for 5 min and wipe off with a warm washcloth. the egg yolk and honey combo moistruizes and firms the skin while the lemon juice exfoliates dead skin :)
