If you want something you can use at home, the NeoStrata stuff is pretty good --

Not sure how easy it is to find if you're in the States, though, but try

Good, high-strength glycolic acid what-not available in the US:

It says it's available through doctors and on-line, but I found it in beauty supply shops in the States. Neither are cheap, but the results are excellent, and you don't need to use very much given the strength -- better to spend a bit more on something that'll work.
To guarantee good skin?

Eat mung beans, lentils %26amp; the like %26amp; cleans the fact with warm water or whatever but keep that diet %26amp; you'll have the best quality skin your body could possibly create.

%26amp; if you don't eat too many sweets %26amp; other junk you can expect results in as little as three weeks.
Elmers white school glue works pretty well.
