Over the counter facial peels?

I have alot of scaring, uneven skin tones just a all around messy skin. Is there anything over the counter that works like a chemical peel or skin buffer to get rid of a couple layers of skin with out going to a doctor.Over the counter facial peels?
go to a spa with a certified esthetician. they are trained and can tell you exactly what you should do to improve your skin. I would be careful when trying to perform peels on myself...Over the counter facial peels?
