Microdermabrasion mild facial peels
What I suspect is that you had more than one session of microdermabrasion done per week. What this does is that it leaves your skin dry and likely also to breakout. Microdermabrasion sessions shouldn't be done more than once a week and that before going for one you must check the ingredients that are being used.
For treating your spots and the redness on your face, I would advise you to use Zenmed's derma cleanse acne gel. It really helps to get rid of spots quickly without causing the skin to dry up or for scars to appear. This gel would also help you to open clogged pores and reduce the redness and swelling of the spots on your face. It shouldn't take you more than a week to see your skin back to normal minus the redness and spots.Microdermabrasion mild facial peels
If you've had more than 1 session a week, your skin didn't have time to heal before it was sandblasted again. Take super-special care of your face right now... only use very mild, gentle alcohol-free cleansers and moisturizers. If you are using any acne treatments, stop using them until you're finished with the microdermabrasion. Wear sunscreen any time you will be in the sun at all. Avoid using astringent. Cleanse your face twice a day, apply a soothing toner, and use a repairing moisturizer, for example Dermalogica Barrier Repair. You don't have to use that specifically, but use something that will leave a protective layer on your skin. And no matter what, don't pick or scratch at it!
Good luck!
