I knew to expect my face to be incredible dry, but I was prepared with 3 different types of face lotions(Cetaphil, Eucerin, and Olay). None of them are effective, really. You may not believe this but the St.Ives is what is causing that dryness. I too am on Accutane and have found that just washing and moisturizing lightly 2 times a day will help significantly. I tried a facial scrub and it was just too rough on the very sensitive skin. Don't use the scrub more than twice every two weeks.How to stop facial peeling due to Accutane?
When I was on accutane the best thing I found was a facial lotion called velocity. It is through the Mary Kay line. I found it was best. It keep my skin moisturized but didn't over do it.
