Does anyone know any homemade facial peels/ chemical peels or dermabrasions to get rid of acne scars?

There are more than 200 at home microderma kits out there and it's very difficult to find the right one for you. In my opinion, you shouldn't buy a product just because you read a lot of good reviews about it, because even the best kit for 2,000 people might not work for you. for example, neutrogena and susan lucci seem to be the most popular kits on the market and there are hundreds of people who say they saw no results after using them or, even worse, got irritations and breakouts after the first uses.

From my experience, kits containing an applicator seem to be more effective.

My advice is to try to obtain as many free samples as possible (online, from retail promotions, gift bags), try them for several days and see how they work for you.

Hope this helps.Does anyone know any homemade facial peels/ chemical peels or dermabrasions to get rid of acne scars?
Mary Kay's microdermabrasion kit is awesome. I used to have the procedure done in office...I have found that it is more affective and less risky to do it at home (no scabbing, and less redness). It' is also hundreds of dollars cheaper;)Does anyone know any homemade facial peels/ chemical peels or dermabrasions to get rid of acne scars?

I don't know any homemade stuff, but, I do have a solution made from natural herbs.

Try Rose Hip oil (or Rose Hip Seed Oil), it effectively reduces scars caused by acne, surgery, burns, chicken pox, injuries and cuts.

Rose Hip Oil's potent cell regenerating and wound-healing properties help to replace ugly scar tissue with healthy, normal skin. It not only remodels damaged skin structure, it also improves skin color and elasticity.

Rose Hip seed oil is a pressed seed oil, extracted from the seeds of a rose bush (Rosa rubiginosa) which grows wild in the southern Andes.

It is unique among vegetable oils in containing retinol (Vitamin A). Rose hip seed oil is high in the essential fatty acids - linoleic acid or omega-3, and linolenic acid or omega-6. It is commonly used in skin care products. It is used for a variety of skin conditions, including dermatitis, acne and eczema, for mature and sun burnt skin as well as brittle nails.

Rose Hip Oil can help you look better than ever before. It has been used for centuries by the people of Chile. Scientific investigation into its properties began in the 1970s. Today its remarkable effects are recognized globally and it is recommended by dermatologists, skin specialists and cosmetic surgeons.

I don't know any home remedies but I do have an inexpensive answer for you. You should call your local beauty school. Most of them have an asthetics department where they teach skin care techniques such as the chemical peels and massage. They are all students that are supervised by professionals. Also, these students are almost ready to graduate so they do just a great job. Good luck.
